Welcome to the Journal

Inflammation is a localized physical condition, the immune reaction of the body tissues towards the harmful stimuli such as pathogens, damaged cells or irritants. It is considered as protective response which involves immune cells, blood vessels and molecular mediators. During inflammation the specific body part becomes reddened, swollen, hot and often painful. Its main aim is to remove the early cause of cell injury, clearance of necrotic cells and tissue damaged from initial insult and the inflammatory process, and to trigger tissue repair.

Microinflammation

Microinflammation is the combination of micro + inflammation and it is defined as the body’s defensive response towards an invading microorganism as an effort for self-protection to eradicate harmful stimuli which can be referred as inflammation which responds towards the presence of micro-organisms. Microinflammation is included in the dysfunctioning of arterio-venous fistula in patients with the maintenance of hemodialysis.

Chronic inflammation

Chronic inflammation that may begin with a relatively rapid onset or in a slow, insidious, and even unnoticed manner, and that tends to persist for several weeks, months, or years and has vague and indefinite termination . Chronic inflammation is to be a major factor in the development of degenerative disease and loss of youthful functions. It may lead to a host of disease, such as hay fever.

Inflammatory Response

Inflammatory Response is an elemental type of response generated by the body towards any disease and injury caused by bacteria, trauma, toxins, and heat. The damaged cells release chemicals including histamine, bradykinin, and prostaglandins. This response is characterized by observing redness and swelling. Inflammation is the basic part of the body’s defense system, an essential protective response by the body system of self-defense.

Microinflammation and Renal Diseases

Microinflammation is the primary response towards the foreign particles while renal diseases are the kidney diseases which attack the nephrons. However this damage unable kidney to remove wastes. The risk will increase in kidney disease if a patient is diabetic or high blood pressure. Drug therapy for microinflammation with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin receptor antagonists and antioxidants such as vitamin E

Microinflammation Diabetic Nephropathy

Microinflammation is a common major mechanism in the pathogenesis of diabetic vascular complications like diabetic nephropathy .Diabetic nephropathy is the major source of end stage renal failure in developed countries. It is further related to the threat of cardiovascular diseases and an enhanced mortality of diabetic patient. Factors responsible for development of neuropathy are glomerular hyper filtration, oxidative stress, accumulation of advanced glycation end products. Microinflammation is a common major mechanism in the pathogenesis of diabetic vascular complications

Microinflammation of the Skull

Mastoiditis is the result of an infection that extends to the air cells of the skull behind the ear. Specifically it is an inflammation of the mucosal lining of the mastoid antrum and mastoid air cell system . Microinflammation of the Skull results in hair loss for a long time. It affects the scalp of the skull which results in scalp itching seems to occurs early in the hair loss process. To efficiently restraint the scalp itching, the result associated for reduction of inflammation and stabilization of hair loss.

Mycobacterial Disease

Mycobacteria is a type of germ. There are many different kinds and it is is found in water and soil The most common one causes tuberculosis .Another one causes leprosy and others cause infectious that are called atypical mycobacterial infectious. Mycobacteria is found in water and soil.

Immunity

Immunity is the reasonable state of having adequate biological defenses to fight against infection, disease or other unwanted biological seizure, while comprises ample tolerance to avoid inflammation, allergy and autoimmune diseases, and it is the capability of the body to resist harmful microorganisms or viruses. Immunity is of two types:

•Innate immunity: It composed of primitive bone marrow cells
•Acquired immunity: It composed of advanced lymphatic cells

Macrophage

Macrophage is a large phagocytic cell found in stationary form in the tissues or as a mobile white blood cell, especially at sites of infection, it is a type of white blood cell that engulfs and digest cellular debris and foreign materials. Macrophage is key players in the immune response to foreign invaders of the body, such as infectious microorganisms. They are normally found in the liver, spleen, and connective tissues of the body.
